Owen graduated from UCD with a BCL Degree and qualified as a Solicitor in 1979. He holds a Masters Degree in Law from The University of Leicester.

Louise joined Owen Carty and Company in May 2013 as a Legal Executive having worked in other legal firms for many years.

OWEN CARTY
He has practiced extensively in Ireland for over thirty years. He has extensive experience over a large spread of practice areas. His principal focus and expertise is in personal injury litigation and he is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He has acted for hundreds of Plaintiffs in personal injury actions. He also deals extensively with criminal and district court criminal matters and is on the Criminal Legal Aid Panel.
LOUISE DOWD
Louise assists with all areas of law within the office. She graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Law.
MARLENE CUMMINS
Marlene joined Owen Carty and Company Solicitors in 2011, having worked for many years in solicitors offices. Her background is in finance and commerce and she has an extensive knowledge of regulatory and procedural matters. Marlene fulfils a very important and skilled role at Owen Carty and Company and is a key member of our staff.
CAITRIONA LENNON
Caitriona obtained an Honours Degree in Business Studies from Athlone Institute of Technology in 2006. She is responsible for providing support to the practice and carries out many of the administrative duties of the company.
